• All items quoted are Less-Than-Truckload, blanket wrapped: This indicates that the delivery service is for Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) shipments, and the items will be stretched wrapped for protection during transport.
•  Value Added Services: If you require extra services such as in-home delivery, appointment scheduling, Proof of delivery or special packaging, you will be charged additional fees beyond the standard delivery cost. (Please contact to find out more)
•  All deliveries are ground level front door only, no stairs, or steps on the interior or exterior: The standard delivery method is ground level and limited to the front door. There should be no stairs or steps involved either inside or outside the delivery location.
•  Otherwise, additional fees may be applied: If your delivery location has stairs, steps, or other non-standard access, you may be charged additional fees to cover the extra effort required for delivery.
•  All deliveries are made in the order of the route, you must make yourself available for delivery: Deliveries are scheduled based on the route, and you are expected to be available to receive your items on the specified delivery day.
•  Estimated time of arrival will be given in advance for your delivery day: You will receive an estimated time of arrival in advance to help you plan for the delivery of your items.
•  Short-term storage fees: Short-term storage fees are invoiced at a rate of $20 to $50, depending on the size of the items being stored. The exact fee may vary based on the dimensions or volume of the items you need to store temporarily.
