Refund Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with our services. If things change and you need a refund, we got you. 


  1. Refund Processing Time
    Refunds will be processed within 3–8 business days from the receipt of the refund request. Please note that weekends and holidays are not considered business days.
  2. Processing Fee
    A processing fee of 3.5% will be deducted from your refund. This fee covers the administrative costs associated with processing the refund.
  3. How to Request a Refund
    To request a refund, please contact our customer service team with your order details and reason for return. We will guide you through the process and ensure your refund is processed accordingly.
  4. Exceptions
